After creating a project in your dashboard, you'll receive a unique code snippet. Add this snippet to your website's HTML, preferably just before the closing </body> tag. The widget will automatically appear on your site.
Can I customize the appearance of the feedback widget?
Yes! You can customize the widget's colors, position, and text from your project settings. Pro plan users have access to additional customization options, including the ability to add your own logo.
How do I invite team members to my BugPinger account?
Navigate to the Team section in your dashboard and click "Invite Member." Enter their email address and select their role. They'll receive an invitation to join your team. Note that the number of team members you can add depends on your subscription plan.
Can I integrate BugPinger with other tools?
Yes, BugPinger integrates with popular project management tools like Jira, Trello, and Asana. You can set up these integrations in your project settings. When feedback is submitted, it can automatically create tasks in your preferred tool.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
You can change your subscription plan at any time by going to Settings > Billing in your dashboard. Changes to your subscription will take effect immediately, with prorated charges or credits applied to your account.
